The Inspiration: The joy of getting dressed

We miss the act of getting ready for a fun night out; but when you enjoy getting dressed up, you don’t need a place to go. We continue to be inspired by our community who creatively and joyfully express themselves by the way they dress. We tapped our friends, who are always the life of the party, to re-contextualize these pieces for a celebration wherever they may be, even if it happens to be at home.

This season’s unprecedented challenges encouraged us to think about collection development more creatively, through a new lens. The pieces in the collection are designed to spark that same vibrancy and creativity, and are intended to make you feel like yourself again. The colors are inspired by cosmetics in bold shades of Rouge and Bougainvillea, while silhouettes play with clean volumes and ease. Sleeves are accentuated with ruching and draped details. Dresses and skirts feature soft bubble volumes and strapless tops have punchy peplums.

This collection celebrates a feeling of youthful exuberance. Hand-painted polka dots are printed in Opal Pink on technical duchesse satin, and a graphic beauty print featuring handpainted makeup-inspired motifs has an elevated sense of humor. Washed denim is dressed up with velvet trim and oversized crystal buttons. Flourishes of sunburst pleated lamé and exaggerated bows add a touch of fantasy. Casual elements such as graphic varsity sweaters and printed loungewear complete the holiday wardrobe.
